The production line is applicable to rolls of various specifications. Through unrolling,sectioning
and winding-up, the rolls are turned into rolls of the desiredwidth for different punching production lines. Featuring reasonable layout, easy
manipulation, highautomtion and high efficiency, the line is used to process cold
/ hot rolled plates, silicon steel plates,stainless steel plates, colored plates,
aluminum plates and electroplated or coated metallieplates in the productionof automobiles,containers, house-hold electric appliances, foods-tuff, packingmaterials and building materials. The production line is chiefly composed of feeding
cart, unrolling unit, longitudinally- cutting unit, waste winding- up unit,roll-head or roll-tail cutting unit, tension control unit and winding -up unit.And between the units there are oscillating intermediate bridges, conveying device
and deviation-correcting device. It is a kind of automatic roll processingequipment which integrates mechanical, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic characteristics
into one.
